My mission is to provide affirming, compassionate support that helps individuals heal anxiety, strengthen relationships, and show up more fully as their authentic selves.
I’m Corey Zemke, a Licensed Master Social Worker who believes healing happens best in spaces where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I work with individuals who may appear to be holding it all together on the outside, yet internally feel anxious, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in relationship patterns that leave them feeling disconnected from themselves.
Relationships can deeply shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. Whether you find yourself overthinking interactions, struggling to set boundaries, feeling disconnected in your relationships, or repeating patterns that no longer serve you, therapy can offer a space to slow down, gain clarity, and create meaningful change.
I’m drawn to this work because of the resilience I see in people, even when they may not yet recognize it in themselves. I know how powerful it can be to have someone help you make sense of difficult experiences while supporting you in building healthier ways of relating to yourself and to others. Helping clients reconnect with their sense of self, strengthen emotional awareness, and cultivate more fulfilling relationships is at the heart of my work.

My professional background includes working in intensive, evidence-based treatment settings where I supported individuals and families navigating trauma, emotional dysregulation, interpersonal conflict, substance use, and complex relational challenges. I earned my MSW from the UConn School of Social Work, and these experiences shaped a strong foundation in trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and relational care.
While this work gave me valuable experience supporting complex family systems, my clinical passion is helping clients navigate anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and relationship challenges. I understand how past experiences, chronic stress, and attachment patterns can shape the way we communicate, respond emotionally, and show up in relationships.
My approach integrates practical tools and evidence-based strategies to help clients strengthen emotional regulation, build healthier boundaries, and create more sustainable patterns of connection.
My approach is warm, relational, and deeply client-centered, balancing reflection with practical support. I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can be honest without fear of judgment, explore what’s beneath the surface, and feel supported as you move toward meaningful change.
Whether you’re navigating relationship stress, anxiety, boundary challenges, or feeling disconnected from yourself, my goal is to help you feel more empowered, emotionally aware, and connected.
Healing looks different for everyone, and together, we’ll discover what that can look like for you. If you’re ready to begin that journey, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
