In-person and online Mental Health, Nutrition and Wellness services to help you feel empowered, heal, and create the life you deserve

Your mind, body, and spirit are all interconnected. So when one part of you is out of balance, it can impact everything else. Holistic healing is the practice of treating the body, mind, and spirit as a whole. It’s about looking at your unique needs as an individual and addressing them through a variety of practices that support your overall well-being.

MENTAL HEALTH

ANXIETY THERAPY

We at Healing Springs Wellness Center have seen the positive effect that therapy can have on individuals longing to overcome panic and anxiety, and in fact, we have observed symptom reduction in many of our clients after just a couple of sessions. Our compassionate, solution-focused, and transparent approach puts you in the driver’s seat of anxiety treatment, so that you can forge the path ahead towards healing and transformation.

TRAUMA THERAPY

As a whole and dynamic person who is worthy of love and healing, you are capable of confronting and processing your trauma in order to achieve healthy and fulfilling relationships.

As professional counselors, we have the experience and training necessary to effectively guide you through the process of healing and transformation. We take a compassionate and transparent solution-focused approach that offers sustainable and concrete techniques for coping—all tailored to meet the needs of each individual.

EMDR INTENSIVE

At Healing Springs Wellness Center, we are pleased to offer EMDR intensives for clients looking to quickly—and gently—heal from trauma.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing is a form of therapy that has been used since the 1980s to target trauma specifically. With an EMDR Intensive, you have an opportunity to process the physical and emotional effects of trauma and PTSD in order to move forward.

BIPOC THERAPY

Do you identify as Black, Indigenous, or a Person of Color (BIPOC)? Have you experienced burnout, stress, and difficulties at work or in your relationships? Are you ready to find a safe space to heal with a therapist that can relate to and validate your experience? 

Our team of culturally competent therapists are specially trained in culturally-informed techniques so that BIPOC individuals can feel safe, seen, and respected.

THERAPY FOR MEN

Is constant pressure to provide for your family and relationships beginning to weigh on you? Does the idea of exploring your feelings, vulnerabilities, and insecurities seem nerve-wracking? 

For men, seeking help and finding relief is a sign of strength and not weakness. Therapy for men provides you with an opportunity to explore your feelings, challenge unrealistic expectations, and develop the emotional muscle required to lead a happy, healthy life.

ONLINE THERAPY

Adapting to the social shifts caused by the pandemic can create a strain on our relationships and intensify symptoms of trauma, loss, or our pre-existing conditions such as anxiety and depression.

Our virtual services include online counseling for anxiety, depression, and trauma. We offer counseling services for couples, families, teenagers, and college students. We also offer alternative healing therapies that include Reiki and mindfulness strategies.

HOLISTIC THERAPY

Holistic therapy is a form of therapy that treats the whole person, inside and out. It integrates a person’s mind, body, and spirit in the healing process. At its core, the approach seeks to shed light on the deep-rooted connection between emotional and physical pain.

Using our clinical and intuitive skills, we help clients gain a deeper understanding of their emotional pain by integrating mind, body, and spiritual techniques.

RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING

We offer Relationship Counseling services to help you form deeper connections and experience healthier, more fulfilling relationships. 

Whether you are single, dating, married, or in a relationship, we’re here to support you on your journey to release negative relationship patterns. Our programs are designed to enhance your relationship skills while learning to effectively manage conflict, strengthen communication, build trust, and create deeper connections.

REIKI HEALING

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing treatment that helps to reduce stress and lower anxiety. Reiki helps to enhance how energy flows through your body, clearing Chakra imbalances, and creating inner peace and well-being. Reiki is one of the most effective and widely used complementary therapies.

Just like meditation or exercise, the effects of Reiki are cumulative. While one session can work wonders, Reiki can be incorporated regularly for self-care as it supports physical and emotional health.

WELLNESS

NUTRITION SERVICES

We offer in person and online nutrition wellness services that optimizes both your physical and emotional health. You will receive customized and culturally sensitive care and will have the guidance of a Registered Dietitian to create the right treatment plan for you.

Our Registered Dietitian will explore the factors impacting your personal food choices while using principles of mindful eating, body acceptance, and gentle nutrition to make food more enjoyable and accessible for you.

Speaking Engagements

In addition to our Mental Health and Wellness services we are available for keynote speaking, panel discussions, mental health, and wellness presentations, as well as inclusivity, diversity training and psychoeducation training.

We provide a safe space to talk about all things mental health, wellness, and inclusivity. We welcome your speaking inquiries no matter how sensitive, tricky, or difficult the subject matter may seem.

Groups and Workshops

There are many benefits to individual therapy but finding a community that you can identify with, and learn from, is essential to finding clarity on your healing journey.

If you’re in need of healthy discussions, new perspectives, and a safe space where you can receive compassion when sharing your experiences, our groups and workshops are a great place to start. We offer relatable, solution-focused groups and educational healing workshops for college students and adults.
