At Healing Springs Wellness Center, we offer in person and online nutrition wellness services that optimizes both your physical and emotional health. You will receive customized and culturally sensitive care and will have the guidance of a Registered Dietitian to create the right treatment plan for you.

Whether you are a working mom struggling to get dinner on the table for your family, or a self-sufficient entrepreneur trying to find balance between your work and wellbeing, we want to help you make peace with food. You will receive customized and culturally sensitive care and will have the guidance of a Registered Dietitian to create the right treatment plan for you. 

Your initial session will last 60 minutes. During your initial session we will review your medical and health history, explore your relationship with food and your nutrition and wellness goals. We will create a plan that will allow for small sustainable changes to heal your relationship with food and achieve your goals.

Follow up sessions are 45 minute to review your progress with goals, address any questions and challenges

Yes, your Registered Dietitian will coordinate with your doctors in order to provide team-based care for the management of diabetes and other chronic illnesses.

So much of the work begins with you. When you’re ready to delve into what the source of food struggle is, and what may be affecting your eating habits; that’s when sustainable change will happen.

Brianna Theus practices an intuitive eating approach, which means you’ll ditch the dieting mentality and begin to regain trust and connection with your body’s physical hunger cues, allowing you to make peace with food. She will also help you to find foods that will optimize both your physical and mental health.

Nutrition Package Rates

All sessions can be purchased individually or within a package for greater savings.
A healthy lifestyle takes time. Our session bundles are designed to provide you with the needed support to create sustainable changes. Sessions are 45 mins in duration. Save up to $50 when you purchase a package! HSA/FSA can be accepted as payment and a receipt can be provided to submit for insurance reimbursement (depends on coverage).

  • Personalized nutrition recommendations, education and tools based on your goals, including, but not limited to:
    • How to build balanced meals
    • Meal planning and preparation guidelines
