We’re excited to invite you to an Intuitive Eating Workshop hosted by our amazing Registered Dietitian, Brianna Theus!

Making smart food decisions doesn’t have to be bland or limiting. You can listen to your body AND eat foods you love!

We’ll take time to learn more about ourselves, assessing our strengths and weaknesses, our values, learn how to communicate effectively, and create healthy boundaries.
