My mission is to help individuals heal their interpersonal conflict and create more meaningful connections.

ABOUT ME

I help individuals heal their interpersonal conflict and create more meaningful connections.

My passion has always been traveling and immersing myself in different cultures and languages. As a teenager on retreats, I learned the healing power of active listening. Living with strangers in Mexico and Los Angeles, I realized the value of community and culture.

During my travels, I witnessed the universal desire for humans to feel connected, safe, and valued. In addition, I observed on a systems level that interpersonal conflict does not just arise from within the individual, but also within their family and friends, and the social (cultural, political, economic) context. All of which can affect personal and interpersonal happiness.

This discovery led me to pursue a career as a Marriage and Family Therapist in order to provide the necessary tools to help clients resolve conflict, effectively communicate, and heal dysfunctional relational patterns allowing for more loving and peaceful relationships.
