This group will facilitate a safe space for college students to discuss the expectations and social norms we must deal with, the changes we endure, and the impact of healthy/unhealthy relationships through this time of change and experimentation. We will provide a place to empower individuals to take chances to make a positive change for themselves even if it’s seen as “unconventional”.
We’ll take time to learn more about ourselves, assessing our strengths and weaknesses, our values, learn how to communicate effectively, and create healthy boundaries.
