If you’ve been carrying the weight of silent struggles, searching desperately for a safe space to be heard, feeling overwhelmed by internal questioning, or grappling with your identity and the longing for acceptance, know that your stories deserve acknowledgment, validation, and a place to flourish.

In this 8-week transformative experience, each virtual session becomes a stepping stone toward the exploration of the unconscious, the reinforcement of your sense of self, and the gentle healing that comes through your own words.

FACILITATOR

Todd specializes in helping Individuals Identify Core Conflicts, Experience Genuine Emotions, And Reorganize Thinking In Order To Live More Meaningful Lives.

This online therapy group will be facilitated by Todd Esperance, LPC, PHD Candidate.

Todd’s approach to therapy is rooted in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based practices. With a rich professional background, he has successfully worked with a diverse range of clients, spanning from teenagers to older adults. Todd specializes in assisting individuals in managing the challenges of anxiety, depression, and trauma, all while addressing the unique pressures of family, school, work, and relationships.

As a black male therapist, he places a strong emphasis on providing a safe and nurturing environment for people of color to explore their emotions and seek the healing they desire. Todd’s strength-based methodology encourages clients to delve into their true selves, recognize their existing strengths, and establish a visionary path for themselves.

In each session, Todd collaboratively sets clear and measurable goals, facilitating clients in reaching their envisioned future. His empowering approach nurtures self-compassion and self-acceptance, ultimately fostering greater self-confidence for individuals as they navigate the complexities of life.

Victoria specializes in Empowering Individuals To Embrace Their Cultural Identity, Navigate Life's Changes, And Uncover Their True Selves

This online therapy group will also be facilitated by Victoria Mao, LPCA.

As a therapist, Victoria’s primary objective is to cultivate a warm and empathetic environment that encourages openness and curiosity. She is deeply passionate about guiding individuals on their journey of self-discovery, embracing their unique cultural identities, navigating life transitions, and nurturing their emotional well-being.

Victoria’s therapeutic approach is holistic, integrating elements from Psychodynamic Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. By customizing these techniques to each individual’s unique needs, she delves into their past experiences to gain a better understanding of the present, fostering healthier interactions with oneself and others.

She is particularly devoted to offering culturally sensitive and trauma-focused care, especially for individuals of color grappling with racial trauma and microaggressions. Through therapy, Victoria hopes to assist her clients in shedding societal expectations and living their truth. Together, they can empower her clients to embrace their authenticity with confidence.
